Marina Spindler, Executive Director for the Group of Fifty, has been committed to serving the varied interests of G-50 Members and the Board of Directors, as well as to the planning and executing of the group's annual meetings. Her professional experience includes organizing high-level business summits in collaboration with Foreign Policy, the World Economic Forum, the Inter-American Development Bank, the Andean Development Corporation, FRIDE and FEMSA, among others. Previously, Ms. Spindler worked at the Embassy of Mexico in the United States, organized successful global scenario exercises for Intellibridge Corporation, and served as advisor to the Pan-American Collaborative Emergency Medicine Development Organization. Ms. Spindler comes from a multicultural background, has extensive international experience, and is fluent in both Spanish and English. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international affairs from The George Washington University. Ms. Spindler is married to Patricio A. Contreras. The couple has two daughters. |
